1. I have not received my username and password...
People who were members of SIRT in 2014 were all sent a username and password and so are registred on the website. Current members who do not have an email address registered with the FSA, or who have a generic email registered (ie email@example.com) will not have been sent a username or password. To be able to access the content in the SIRT members area, members will need to provide the FSA and SIRT with their own email address. A unique email address is needed to maintain the security of the site and allow for the resending of your password if you forget it.
2. I have not received my username and password but have an email registered with the FSA...
Members who are current and have not yet received an email please let us know via our contact page and we can resend your username to you.
3. I have forgotten my username/password
For members who can remember their username but have forgotten their password, you can reset your password by visiting here
For members who have forgotten their username please contact SIRT via our contact page. Your username and a temporary password will be re-issued once some verification steps have been followed.
4. I want to change my current password
Members can change their password once logged in by viewing their profile. This can be accessed by clicking on the "View Profile" tab at the top right of the screen, or by clicking here.
